I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff at the reception were extremely nice and helpful. The hotels location was great. It is about a 10 minute walk to the center of town. If you get a room facing away from the road(which we did) it is very quiet. The only thing we weren't crazy about was the shower in the bathroom. There is no built in shower stall, you have to pull out the shower walls. Very different from what we are used to but worked out fine. Great place to stay while in Siena and good price for what you get.
